Steps to make JDeveloper Environment

Steps :

1.       Download 10g JDeveloper from patch 7523554, which is compatible for R12 Version 12.0.6
2.       Unzip above patch at one of your machine drive.
3.       Download VIS.dbc from $INST_TOP/appl/fnd/12.0.0/secure  and place at

          D:\JDev_Home\jdevbin\oaext\dbc_files\secure

4.       Setup below user variables.
5.       Run “jdevW.exe” from D:\JDev_Home\jdevbin\jdev\bin
6.       Create Application workspace & Project from JDeveloperàFileàNew as below.
7.       Create “Application Module”: (AM)

Right click on Project and click on New.
8.       Create Page:
Right click on project and click on New.

“Goto xxeitpage1.xml  -> region”tab on the left hand bottom half.

Set AM Definition, Window/Page titles.

9.       Rebuild project and Run page.

   JDEV_USER_HOME: D:\JDev_Home\jdevhome\jdev
   FND_TOP: D:\JDev_Home\jdevbin\oaext\dbc_files
   JRAD_XML_PATH: D:\JDev_Home\jdevhome\jdev\myprojects
   JRAD_APPS: ak;fnd;dem 

Once set its enf

            Run “jdevW.exe” from D:\JDev_Home\jdevbin\jdev\bin

  

Create Application workspace & Project from JDeveloperàFileàNew as below.

 

Create project 

Data base connection

Select dbc file from D:\JDev_Home\jdevbin\oaext\dbc_files\secure and set below.

       User Name: KJACOBS
       Password: Demo123
       Application Short Name: FND
       Responsibility Key: FND_DEVELOPER 

Connect to database :

view : connection bar

right click new connection ;

Create “Application Module”: (AM)
    Right click on Project and click on New 

 

     

 

Click on Finish.

Create Page:

Right click on project and click on New.

 

 “Goto xxeitpage1.xml -> region “tab on the left hand bottom half.
   Set AM Definition, Window/Page titles.

   

 

Rebuild project and Run page.

Page should come like.
